2. Product selection and conclusion of contract

When you have found the product you are looking for, you can place it in the shopping cart without obligation by clicking the button [add to shopping cart]. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the corresponding link or button [without obligation. You can remove products from the shopping cart at any time. If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click the " Buy " button .

When ordering using the online form on our website, after completing the electronic order form (see B 1 below), you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract by clicking the order button. The purchase contract is only concluded when we accept this offer.

Even with orders by letter or fax, the contract is only concluded when we accept your offer.

3. Delivery and delivery reservation

We deliver within Germany.

Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of your payment if prepayment has been agreed, otherwise 1 to 2 working days after the order, unless different delivery times are specified for the individual products. Longer delivery times or a lack of delivery options are displayed directly next to the products on the website.

4. Price of goods

All prices quoted are final prices in EURO and include the statutory value added tax. Further details can be found in our general terms and conditions. 5. Delivery and shipping costs

We calculate shipping costs according to our shipping costs list .

Shipping costs:

If you make use of your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse you for the costs of sending the goods from us to you.

If the shipping of the ordered goods from us to you is free of charge based on the order value of your order and if you have ordered several goods, you only exercise your right of cancellation for part of the goods, so that the part of the goods remaining with you is free of shipping costs not achieved, you have to bear the shipping costs in the amount that would have been incurred if you had only ordered the goods that remained with you.

Return costs:

In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, we shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

6. Method of payment

(1) We deliver against prepayment or invoice by credit card, Giropay, PayPal, instant transfer or bank transfer.

Our confirmation e-mail contains your complete order including the bank details, if necessary. Please always include your order number when making your transfer.

Your payments are processed through our payment service provider. This gives you various payment options. Transfers can be made online. Your payment details are encrypted and sent over the Internet without us receiving your details.

Credit card

Paying by credit card is very easy with the professional and registered internet payment company we use. We do not receive any credit card information. Please do not send us any credit card information either. The charge of your credit card account is carried out with the order is completed.

An additional fee of 2% of the payment amount is charged for payment by credit card.

The services of Sofortüberweisung.de, PayPal or Giropay can also be used for transfers .

When paying via PayPal, a PayPal account is required; with the other payment methods, payment is made using an online banking form from the payment provider or your bank.

(2) In the case of payment in advance, the delivery will only take place when the invoice amount has been fully credited to the seller's account.

7. Revocation

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details on your statutory right of withdrawal can be found  here .

8 . Warranty conditions

The warranty period for the sale of goods to consumers is 2 years from receipt of the goods for new goods. The warranty period for companies is 1 year. When selling used goods, the warranty period for consumers is also 1 year.

The reduction to 1 year does not apply to personal injuries and damage to health.

1. How does the online contract with us work?

When you have found the product you are looking for, you can place it in the shopping cart without obligation by clicking the order button. You can display and change the contents of the shopping cart at any time.

2. Storage of the contract text and access for the customer

We save your order data and send it to you in the confirmation of receipt by email. You will also receive our general terms and conditions as well as the information on your right of return in text form with the confirmation email.

You can view your past orders in our customer login area, provided you have registered for a customer account.

3. Input error

You can change the content of the shopping cart at any time. You can end the entire ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.

4. Contract language

You have the option of concluding contracts with us in German.
